SUP Yoga instructor level
My name is Ronja, originally from Germany but at home in the whole world. My connection Yoga goes way back into my youth, starting with taking basic classes in the small village in bavaria where I grew up. Years later, after spending some time in a Yoga Ashram in India, the addiction got real and I decided to absolvate a teacher training myself. I went to Nepal and joined a 500hours multistyle education for Hatha, Asana, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin, as well as some Ayurveda knowledge at a school called Nepal Yoga Home. Teaching became something I really enjoy, simply because I love sharing moments, emotions, movements and giving peaceful, mindful hours full of love and awareness to others. After getting a lot of teaching experience on the mat during the next years I came to that beautiful indonesian island named Nusa Lembongan in 2018, where I met an amazing Paddle Board Yoga teacher and -lucky me- an upcoming teacher training was scheduled for the next days. That gave me a whole new perspective on what is actually possible with Yoga and how many different versions there are. Combining Yoga and water, spirit and ocean, stillness and movement – something that really opened my eyes. And if you ever experienced a shavasana on the board – you know what I am talking about. Swap your mat, get your paddle board and lets begin.
