Alexandra Hampton is a 200hr RYT, a 100hr certified Barre instructor, and holds two SUP Yoga certifications. completed her first SUP Yoga training with Kite West Water Sports in Bali, Indonesia , and her second with WildCraft Yoga in Portland, Maine. Alexandra has 5 seasons of experience teaching SUP Yoga and Paddle Board Barre and is the founder of SEAVĀSANĀ® (seavasana.com) a SUP Yoga provider located in Portsmouth, NH. She is also the co-owner of Portsmouth Paddle Co., a SUP retail and water services company, and has been a paddle boarding instructor and guide for 7 seasons. Alexandra’s goal is to ensure SUP Yoga classes are accessible to yogis of all shapes, ages, identities and abilities, and she loves watching students grow in confidence from hardly believing they can flow on a board to flourishing in their practice. What Alexandra loves the most about SUP Yoga is how she is able to detach from everything on land during her practice and truly connect with the present moment. Alexandra strives to deliver an efficient and enjoyable experience, and is constantly improving her anchor system and class locations to this aim. Due to her own experiences, she is highly committed to student safety and is honoured and excited to now be an Advisory Board Member of the ISYA to contribute to a shared mission. As a Swedish-American citizen, Alexandra has always seen herself as part of a global community, and she is eager to connect with SUP Yoga instructors and students around the world as a member of the organization!
